Facilities

For a small school, we certainly have a beautiful educational environment. In 2017, we community celebrated the opening of the updated school building, which saw major improvements in two new classrooms, administration area, sick bay and an enviable middle area. We boast a dedicated ART/Science/ STEM space as well as a Music/ Library room.

We have plenty of outdoor green play spaces, an oval and basketball court. An extended sandpit is a massive drawcard, particularly for younger students. The adventure playground is well used by students of all ages.

The Dedicated Indigenous Garden Space (DIGS), complete with yarning circle, native garden, sculpture and fire pit, provides a quiet place for contemplation, meetings, ceremony and workshops. The fire pit is used for seed pod scarification and smoking ceremonies. The gardens and art pieces provide links to plants, animals and culture.

We are fortunate to have a large undercover outdoor area in which the whole school fits under on wet days. This gives us another play option.
